The opportunity

Quality Solicitors are seeking to hire an Account Manager to work with their key clients.  You will be supporting the team on client development, relationship Management and service delivery This role will be ideal for you if you have excellent communication skills, have an aptitude for business development and are wanting to be part of a growing organisation. Prior experience in managing or growing client relationships would be great, but is not essential.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Develop a client service plan identifying areas to target, relationship map, KPIs etc
  • Implement systems to promote consistency and quality of client service
  • Ensure delivery of commitments made during proposal process
  • Take responsibility for communication and enforcement of service levels across the wider organisation
  • Help build and nurture a core team around the selected clients
  • Where appropriate, develop relationships with the client becoming the 'go to' person with any queries
  • Ensure intelligence about the client is shared within the core team and wider firm as appropriate
  • Ensure the account is managed in accordance with best practice processes, e.g. regular CRM reviews
